Tue Jan 07 15:19:23 UTC 2025: **Bengaluru Gynaecologist Accuses Aishwarya Gowda of ₹2.5 Crore Fraud**

BENGALURU, January 7, 2025 – A Bengaluru gynaecologist, Dr. Manjula Patil, has filed a complaint accusing Aishwarya Gowda of cheating her out of ₹2.5 crore and 2.3 kg of gold. Gowda, already arrested for a similar crime involving a jeweler, allegedly posed as the sister of former MP D.K. Suresh to gain the doctor’s trust.

According to the complaint filed with the R.R. Nagar police on Sunday, Gowda, over a period from March 2020 to December 2024, lured Dr. Patil into investing in various ventures promising high returns. These included gold businesses and casinos. After receiving the money and gold, Gowda allegedly disappeared.

Dr. Patil stated that she learned of Gowda’s previous arrest through the media and claims that after being released on bail, Gowda and her husband, Harish K.N., along with their drivers, threatened her to prevent her from filing a complaint.

The police have registered a case against Gowda, her husband, and the drivers under charges including criminal breach of trust, cheating, intentional insult, and criminal conspiracy. This follows a similar case last week where Gowda was arrested for defrauding a jeweler of ₹8.4 crore worth of gold. The investigation is ongoing.
