**Kollam, Kerala –** Two Tamil Nadu residents died and three others were seriously injured in a car accident in Chadayamangalam, Kollam, on Saturday night. The accident occurred around 11:30 p.m. near Nettathara on MC Road when a car carrying a family of Sabarimala pilgrims collided with a tourist bus.
The victims, identified as Sharavanan (30) and Shanmugha Achari (70), were traveling in a Maharashtra-registered car. One died at the scene, while the other succumbed to injuries on Sunday morning. Three others, including two children, sustained serious injuries and are receiving treatment at Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital. The car was reportedly completely destroyed in the impact.
