**Sydney, Australia:** Australia has secured a resounding victory in the fifth and final Test match against India in Sydney, ending a decade-long drought and securing their spot in the ICC World Test Championship final. The Kangaroos triumphed by six wickets on day three, winning the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 3-1.
Chasing a relatively modest 161 runs, Australia reached the target with four wickets in hand. A boundary hit by Cameron Bancroft off Washington Sundar sealed the victory. Travis Head (32*) and Bancroft (30*) steered Australia home in a confident display.
