**Mysore, January 2, 2025** – A leopard sighted on the Infosys campus in Mysore on December 31st remains at large, despite an extensive search operation by the Forest Department. Authorities have deployed nearly 40 personnel, camera traps, CCTV footage analysis, thermal drones, and foot patrols, but have yet to find any concrete evidence of the animal’s presence. No images from camera traps or CCTV, and no pugmarks have been discovered. Cages have been set up to attempt to trap the leopard, and the search operation continues in both the Infosys campus and surrounding areas. Deputy Conservator of Forests K.N. Basavaraj confirmed these efforts in a press release.
