**Salem, January 2, 2025** – The Stanley Reservoir in Mettur Dam reached its full capacity on Thursday, with water levels at 120 feet and storage at 93.47 tmc ft. Inflow into the dam increased to 1,871 cusecs, up from 1,791 cusecs on Wednesday. Consequently, water discharge for delta irrigation has been significantly increased to 5,000 cusecs from 1,000 cusecs, while discharge for canal irrigation remains at 300 cusecs.
