**MUMBAI, INDIA & INTERNATIONAL** – In a significant development, the Adani Group announced it will divest its entire stake in its FMCG joint venture, Adani Wilmar Limited. Adani Enterprises Limited, the group’s flagship company, currently holds a 43.94% stake, a majority of which will be sold to its partner, Wilmar International.
