Saturday will see clearing skies after morning rain, possibly bringing some sunshine in the afternoon. Sunday will be overcast but remain mild, with temperatures hovering around 40 degrees. However, this pleasant weather is short-lived. A dense fog advisory remains in effect for parts of Minnesota until 10 a.m. Saturday.
The milder-than-average temperatures are expected to end early next week. Monday will see a high of around 36 degrees, with a chance of light snow. Temperatures will then plummet below freezing starting Tuesday, with highs in the teens predicted by the end of the week. Average highs for this time of year are typically in the mid-20s.
