**Patna, Bihar:** Acharya Kishor Kunal, a former IPS officer and secretary of the Mahavir Mandir, passed away and was cremated today. His final journey began from his residence near Gaushala Road in Patna, proceeding through Kurji, Rajeev Nagar, and Atal Path before reaching Mahavir Mandir. His body lay in state for over an hour, attracting a large and emotional crowd.
Kunal’s son, Sayan Kunal, along with other family members including his daughter-in-law, MP Shambhavi, were visibly grief-stricken. The procession continued to Gandhi Setu and finally to Konhara Ghat where his son and son-in-law performed the last rites. Thousands gathered at Konhara Ghat to pay their final respects.
