**Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh (December 30, 2024):** Nandyal police destroyed 39.549 kilograms of ganja on Monday. The drugs, seized in 17 separate cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, were incinerated in a public area. The seizures were made by police stations across the district, including Dhone Town, Allagadda Rural, Chagalamarri, Bandi Atmakur, Kottapalli, and Nandyal III Town. Superintendent of Police Adhiraj Singh Rana oversaw the destruction, which took place in the presence of the Drugs Disposal Committee.
