**Kochi:** The owner of Oscar Event Management, Jenish, a Thrissur native, has approached the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the injury sustained by MLA Uma Thomas during a dance performance in Kochi. Jenish claims in his bail plea that there was no negligence in the event’s organization and that he is not responsible for the unfortunate accident. This application follows the police taking into custody Krishna Kumar, the event manager for Oscar Events.
