**Visakhapatnam, December 27, 2024** – Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), held its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday at its registered office in Visakhapatnam. The meeting was chaired by Ajit Kumar Saxena, CMD (Additional Charge) of RINL. Sudershan Mendiratta, Director from the Ministry of Steel, represented the President of India as the authorized nominee. Other directors of RINL also attended.
Mr. Saxena addressed shareholders, reviewing the company’s performance and strategic initiatives during the 2023-24 financial year. His address included a highlight of production achievements and challenges faced during the period. The Company Affairs Department of RINL managed the meeting proceedings.
