**Mumbai, December 17, 2024** – National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) announced today that Friday, December 27, 2024, has been set as the record date for its upcoming 2:1 bonus share issue. The company received in-principle approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on December 16th. The bonus shares, totaling 586,12,11,700 equity shares of ₹1 each, will be allotted on December 30th, and will be available for trading on December 31st, 2024. This follows SEBI circular guidelines. NMDC shares were trading slightly down at ₹230.50 apiece at the time of this announcement.
