**GURUGRAM, INDIA –** Simran, a well-known Instagram influencer and former radio jockey with over 600,000 followers, was found dead in her Gurugram apartment on Wednesday night. Police were notified by Park Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Simran, originally from Jammu, lived in a rented apartment with a friend. She had gained a significant following through her Instagram videos and had previously worked as a radio jockey and freelancer.
While police found no suicide note at the scene, Simran’s family stated she had been distressed recently. No charges have been filed, and the family has not accused anyone of wrongdoing. A post-mortem was conducted Thursday morning, and her body was released to her family.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death and have interviewed friends and family members. The case currently remains under investigation.
