Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLA T. Harish Rao, visiting eight-year-old Sritej, critically injured in a *Pushpa 2* stampede on December 4th, expressed concern over the perceived tense atmosphere surrounding recent government-industry talks.
While welcoming the government’s response to the stampede, Mr. Rao appealed for similar consideration in other tragedies. He cited the deaths of children in government hostels and the suicide of a farmer who blamed Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s brothers, urging a more empathetic approach from law enforcement in these cases. He emphasized the need to address concerns through collaboration and understanding rather than intimidation. Sritej, meanwhile, is reportedly recovering slowly.
