**Mumbai, December 25:** Maharashtra Governor C. P. Radhkrishnan led tributes to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on the occasion of his birth anniversary today. At Raj Bhavan in Mumbai, the Governor offered floral tributes to a portrait of the late leader. The ceremony was also attended by Principal Secretary Pravin Darade, Comptroller of the Governor’s Household Jitendra Wagh, and other Raj Bhavan staff, all paying their respects to the Bharat Ratna recipient.
