**New Delhi, [Date]** – The President of India announced a significant reshuffle of Governors across five states today. Former Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla has been appointed the new Governor of Manipur, a state grappling with ongoing conflict between the Meitei and Kuki communities.
