**Mohali, Punjab –** A multi-story building collapsed in Sohana village, Mohali district, Punjab, on Saturday, triggering a large-scale rescue operation. Authorities fear people may be trapped under the rubble.

The incident prompted an immediate response from local and national teams. Two excavators, the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), and the fire brigade are working to clear the debris and locate any survivors. Lighting has been set up to assist the nighttime rescue efforts.
