**HYDERABAD, INDIA –** Allu Arjun’s *Pushpa: The Rule* continues its box office dominance, exceeding expectations even after fifteen days in theaters. The film, a sequel to the 2021 blockbuster, has raked in a staggering ₹972.95 crore (approximately $117 million USD) in India alone within its first two weeks, according to Sacnilk. This follows a phenomenal first week earning of ₹725.8 crore (approximately $87 million USD).
The Hindi version has significantly contributed to the film’s success, accounting for ₹621.6 crore (approximately $74 million USD) of the total Indian box office gross. Globally, *Pushpa 2* has crossed a massive ₹1508 crore (approximately $182 million USD) in just 14 days.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh highlighted the film’s unparalleled performance, stating that *Pushpa 2* has already surpassed the second-week collections of several major hits, including *Stree 2*, *Baahubali 2* (Hindi), *Gadar 2*, *Animal*, and *Jawan*, making it the highest-grossing film in its second week. He further emphasized the film’s remarkable ₹175 crore (approximately $21 million USD) earnings in just the first six days of its second week.
Despite mixed critical reviews, the film’s box office performance has been extraordinary. While critic Saibal Chatterjee noted the film’s repetitive action sequences and hinted at a potential third installment, the audience response has undeniably been overwhelmingly positive, translating to record-breaking numbers.
