**New Delhi, December 20, 2024** – Prime Minister Narendra Modi will once again address school students in the eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC), scheduled for the last week of January 2025, the Ministry of Education announced. The event aims to alleviate exam stress and encourage students, teachers, and parents.
Registrations for PPC 2025 opened on December 14th on MyGov.in and will continue until January 15th, 2025. Last year’s event saw a massive participation of 2.26 crore individuals, including students, teachers, and parents.
This year, select students (grades 9-12) and teachers from each state and union territory, along with winners from various educational programs, will be invited as special guests. Students in grades 6-12 can participate in a quiz on MyGov.in to qualify. They can also submit questions for Prime Minister Modi during the registration process, covering topics like exam stress, career aspirations, and life in general. The program continues a seven-year tradition of the Prime Minister engaging directly with students before their annual examinations.
