Batting first at the DY Patil Stadium, India managed 159/9 in their 20 overs. Smriti Mandhana top-scored with a 62-run knock (41 balls, 9 fours, 1 six), while Richa Ghosh contributed a quick 32 (17 balls, 6 fours).
