**Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh (December 15, 2024):** The Andhra Pradesh government’s Vision 2047 plan is expected to significantly accelerate the state’s growth, particularly within the real estate sector, according to K. Subhash Chandra Bose, State vice-president of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI).

Bose, along with other CREDAI members, met with Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday to discuss issues facing the construction industry. In a subsequent press release, Bose expressed optimism that the stable government and its long-term vision would attract increased investment in real estate. He also highlighted the positive impact of recent relaxations in the sand policy, contrasting it with previous years.

Bose further expressed hope that the upcoming Bhogapuram airport will stimulate economic activity in Vizianagaram and the broader North Andhra region. The meeting signifies the state government’s engagement with key industry players to foster economic growth under its ambitious Vision 2047 plan.
