HYDERABAD, INDIA – Ahead of the Bigg Boss season 8 grand finale, West Zone police have implemented strict security measures and issued warnings to fans. Large barricades have been erected around Annapurna Studios in Jubilee Hills, where the finale is being held, and a contingent of 300 police officers is deployed to maintain order.
Authorities are urging fans to avoid gathering near the studios and have warned of strict action against anyone organizing processions or rallies following the event. This heightened security follows an incident last year, after the Bigg Boss season 7 finale, where enthusiastic fans caused damage to property, including several RTC buses.
West Zone DCP Vijay Kumar is overseeing the security arrangements. Police have stated that Bigg Boss organizers will be held responsible for any untoward incidents. The police are taking a proactive approach to prevent a repeat of last year’s chaotic celebrations.
