Hyderabad: The ongoing feud within the Manchu family took a dramatic turn today as Manchu Manoj filed a formal complaint with the Pahāḍī Sharīf police station, alleging an assault orchestrated by his father, Mohan Babu. The complaint comes after earlier reports of both Manoj and Mohan Babu filing separate complaints with the police, claiming assault against each other – claims subsequently denied by the family.
Adding to the tension, a large number of bouncers were deployed this morning outside Mohan Babu’s Jalapalli residence. Reports suggest approximately 40 bouncers were present on behalf of Manchu Vishnu, and 30 on behalf of Manchu Manoj, including female bouncers. This heightened security fueled speculation about further conflict.
While there were earlier reports suggesting a family meeting to resolve the dispute, with Manchu Vishnu reportedly arriving from Dubai to mediate, those reports have been proven inaccurate. Manoj’s police complaint includes detailed information about those he alleges attacked him, and he also submitted an MLC report (medico-legal certificate) as evidence to the authorities. The situation remains tense as investigations continue.
