**Hyderabad, December 9, 2024** – Actor Manoj Manchu visited a private hospital in Banjara Hills yesterday to obtain medical proof of an alleged assault, sources close to the actor revealed. The incident reportedly occurred during a family dispute over the division of assets belonging to his father, veteran actor Mohan Babu.
Media reports suggest a heated argument erupted at Mohan Babu’s residence in Pahadi Shareef over the distribution of a school’s shares. Manoj Manchu and his wife, Mounika, allege that they were attacked by Mohan Babu’s associates, including Vinay and other bouncers, resulting in injuries. While Manchu and his wife filed a complaint at the Pahadi Shareef police station, the Maheshwaram DCP clarified that only a Dial-100 call was received, and no formal complaint was registered.
Although Manchu and his wife declined to comment on the incident to the media, the hospital confirmed to police that Manchu sustained injuries consistent with an assault.
