**HYDERABAD, INDIA – December 8, 2024** – Allu Arjun’s highly anticipated sequel, *Pushpa: The Rule*, has set the Indian box office ablaze, achieving phenomenal success in its opening weekend. The Telugu-language action film, also starring Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, has not only surpassed the lifetime earnings of its predecessor, *Pushpa: The Rise*, but has also become the fastest Indian film to cross the ₹600 crore mark globally.

Early estimates indicate that *Pushpa 2* raked in a staggering ₹383 crore in India alone within its first three days. Saturday’s collections alone reached approximately ₹115.58 crore, exceeding Friday’s impressive ₹93.8 crore. The Hindi dubbed version contributed significantly, earning ₹73.5 crore, followed by the Telugu version at ₹31.5 crore and the Tamil version at ₹7.5 crore.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala confirmed the film’s global triumph, tweeting that *Pushpa 2* had crossed ₹600 crore worldwide in just three days, a record for Indian cinema. The film’s opening day also made history, surpassing SS Rajamouli’s *RRR* to claim the biggest opening for any Indian film and outperforming Atlee’s *Jawan* as the highest-grossing Hindi film opening. Remarkably, *Pushpa 2* achieved the unprecedented feat of grossing over ₹50 crore in two languages on its first day of release.
