KINGSTON, Jamaica – Bangladesh celebrated a historic 101-run victory over the West Indies in the second Test at Sabina Park, securing their first Test win in the Caribbean in 15 years and drawing the two-match series 1-1.

Spinner Taijul Islam was the architect of the victory, claiming match figures of 6-74, including a crucial 5-50 in the second innings. His five-wicket haul bowled out the West Indies for 185, leaving them chasing a challenging 287-run target.

Earlier, Jakir Ali’s impressive 91 helped Bangladesh post a competitive 268 in their second innings.
