Wed Dec 04 07:00:00 UTC 2024: ## Pushpa 2’s 3D Release Postponed; 2D Shows to Replace Booked 3D Screenings
**Hyderabad, India** – The highly anticipated release of *Pushpa: The Rule*’s 3D version has been postponed due to incomplete post-production work, leaving many fans disappointed. The film, a massive trending topic in Telugu states, was initially slated for a December 13th 3D release. However, according to industry sources, the 3D prints won’t be ready until then, forcing a delay. A new release date for the 3D version is reportedly targeted for December 13th.
To address the inconvenience, a prominent multiplex manager confirmed that booked 3D screenings will be replaced with 2D showings. Furthermore, the extra cost associated with 3D tickets, including the cost of 3D glasses, will be fully refunded to affected viewers.
Meanwhile, the Hindi version of *Pushpa 2* will now premiere on December 5th, instead of the originally planned midnight shows on December 4th. Despite the 3D delay, advance bookings for the 2D version have been phenomenal, with over 300,000 tickets sold within 12 hours of opening. The film’s premiere is scheduled for 9:30 PM on December 4th in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, with expectations running high for its box office performance. Both Telugu state governments have approved increased ticket prices for the film’s run.
