**Hyderabad, December 4, 2024** – A 5.3 magnitude earthquake struck Mulugu district in Telangana state this morning, between 7:30 am and 7:40 am, causing brief tremors lasting 6 to 8 seconds. District Collector TS Divakara reported that, while the tremors were felt throughout the region, including at his residence, there have been no reports of major damage or casualties.
