**Chennai, December 4, 2024** – IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation, in collaboration with Cambtech, is launching a new course in supply chain and logistics incorporating an innovative AI platform. The program offers students a simulated corporate environment for real-time financial transaction practice.

The course, starting January 1st, covers supply chain management, chartering, port and terminal management, and international liner trade. Registration closes December 25th via https://digitalskills.iitmpravaftak.org/courses.php. Upon completion, participants receive certificates from both Cambtech and IITM Pravartak.

According to Mangala Sunder, founder of the Digital Skills Academy at IITM Pravartak, the program aims to equip graduate students and working professionals with the skills needed to excel in the competitive supply chain and logistics sector. The experiential learning component provides the equivalent of three months of real-world corporate experience. The initiative is part of IITM Pravartak Technologies, a Section 8 company under the Department of Science and Technology, focusing on technology innovation in sensor, networking, actuator, and control systems.
