**Khairthal-Tijara:** A weekly review meeting chaired by Additional District Collector Shivpal Jat was held at the district secretariat on Saturday. The meeting focused on reviewing departmental progress and preparations for events celebrating the state government’s first anniversary.
Jat directed all departmental officials to begin preparations immediately for the events scheduled from December 12th to 15th, as per state government guidelines. He emphasized the importance of all departments fulfilling their responsibilities in line with the government’s vision.
Special attention was given to ensuring the smooth delivery of public services, including preventing seasonal diseases and maintaining consistent electricity and water supplies. Officials were instructed to promptly update the contact portal, CMO, and other progress reports, adhering to deadlines.
The meeting, attended by Additional Superintendent of Police Ratnalal Bhargav, Treasurer Suresh Kumar Bansal, Education Officer Rajkumar Jain, and other department heads, included discussions on each department’s current status and future plans. Officials were tasked with developing a robust strategy to make the anniversary celebrations grand and impactful. The overall aim of the meeting was to accelerate development projects and improve public services in the district.
