**Sharjah, UAE** – India U19 cruised to a comfortable victory over Japan U19 in their second match of the ACC U-19 Asia Cup on Monday. Captain Mohammad Amaan anchored the innings with a magnificent unbeaten century (122*), leading India to a commanding 339/6 in their allotted 50 overs.

Amaan’s composed knock followed a blistering start from openers Ayush Mhatre (54) and Vaibhav Suryavanshi (23), who put on a 65-run opening stand. Further contributions from Andre Siddarth (35) and KP Karthikeya (57) solidified India’s strong batting performance.
