HYDERABAD, INDIA – Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today inspected the ongoing construction of the Telangana Talli (Mother Telangana) statue near Amberpet, Hyderabad. The statue, nearing completion, is set to be unveiled on December 9th at the state secretariat.
The CM personally reviewed the statue’s progress with the sculptor, offering suggestions for final touches. Government advisor Narender Reddy accompanied him during the inspection.
The December 9th unveiling is significant as it coincides with both Sonia Gandhi’s birthday and the anniversary of the Indian National Congress’s ascension to power. CM Reddy plans to celebrate both occasions with a grand ceremony. Separately, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar announced the forthcoming distribution of Indirama houses and ration cards.
