BANSWARA, INDIA – A candlelight vigil and awareness program were held at Banswara’s MG Hospital on the eve of World AIDS Day. The event, organized by the Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society’s ART center, ICTC, STI clinic, and CSC, highlighted the severity of AIDS and preventative measures. Dr. Deepa Katara, the ART Center nodal officer, addressed attendees, and posters created by students from the GNM Training Center were unveiled. Several counselors and representatives from organizations including the CSC Banswara Coordinator and Marudhara Seva Sansthan were in attendance.
