**Washington, D.C. & Islamabad, November 30, 2024** – Supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, led by imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan, staged protests globally following violent clashes in Islamabad. In Washington D.C., PTI supporters gathered outside the Pakistani embassy, holding prayers for those killed in the Islamabad demonstrations. Similar demonstrations took place in Mississauga, Canada, and over 60 other locations worldwide.

The Islamabad protests, which began as calls for Khan’s release, escalated into violence on Tuesday.
