**Chandigarh, November 30, 2024** – Two men have been arrested in connection with a bomb blast outside two Chandigarh nightclubs, one owned by rapper Badshah. The arrests followed a brief shootout with police in Hisar, Haryana, on Friday.
The explosion occurred early Tuesday morning, November 26th, outside the “De’Orra” and “Seville” clubs in Sector 26. While no injuries were reported, the incident prompted a swift investigation involving multiple agencies.
Police identified the suspects, Vinay (20) and Ajit Sehrawat (21), both residents of Hisar district. Following a tip-off placing them in Hisar, a joint team from the Chandigarh Police and the Haryana Police STF attempted to apprehend them. The suspects, however, opened fire, leading to a return of fire by police. Both were injured in the legs and are currently receiving treatment at a Hisar hospital.
Authorities revealed that the suspects have a prior criminal record. The investigation continues.
