**New Delhi, [Date of Publication]** – The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the provisional answer key for the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Non-Technical) and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN Recruitment Examination) 2024. The answer key is available on the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in.
Candidates who appeared for the exam can now access their answer sheets and recorded responses through the website using their registration number and password. Objections to the provisional answer key can be submitted online from November 29th to December 2nd, 5 PM. A fee of ₹100 is applicable for each objection raised. Objections received after December 2nd, 5 PM will not be considered.
The SSC MTS exam, conducted between September 30th and November 14th, aimed to fill 9,583 vacancies – 6,144 for MTS and 3,439 for Havaldar positions. Initially planned for 8,236 vacancies, the number was later increased. The computer-based exam was divided into two 45-minute sessions, with objective-type, multiple-choice questions. Negative marking (-1) was applied only in the second session.
Shortlisted candidates for Havaldar positions will be called for a Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) after the written results are declared. Details regarding these rounds will be announced later.
