Sat Nov 30 03:31:31 UTC 2024: ## SSC Releases MTS Answer Key, Opens Window for Objections
**NEW DELHI** – The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the provisional answer key for the 2024 Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) recruitment examinations on Friday, November 29th. The key, along with candidates’ recorded responses, is available on the SSC website (ssc.gov.in).
Candidates can access the answer key using their login credentials. Those wishing to challenge the key have a limited window to submit objections online from November 29th (5:00 PM) to December 2nd (5:00 PM), incurring a fee of INR 100 per challenged question. Late submissions will not be considered.
The exams, held from September 30th to November 14th, aimed to fill 9,583 vacancies – 6,144 for MTS and 3,439 for Havaldar (an increase from the initially announced 8,236). The computer-based exam consisted of objective, multiple-choice questions, with a negative marking scheme (-1) applied to the second session.
Shortlisted Havaldar candidates will undergo a Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST), with details yet to be announced.
