**PALAKKAD, November 30, 2024** – Paramesh Sivamani, the 26th Director General of the Indian Coast Guard, received a warm welcome at the Sharadambal Temple in Palakkad on Saturday. This was his first visit to the region since assuming his post on October 15th.
The reception was organized by the temple and attended by several dignitaries, including Karimpuzha Raman, the dharmadhikari of the Sringeri Mutt, and representatives from various local organizations such as the Brahmin Educational Society and Noorani Gramajana Samooham. Mr. Sivamani also interacted with students from the Sringeri Mutt during his visit.
