**Hyderabad, November 30, 2024** – The Telangana Anti-Narcotics Bureau (TGANB), in a major crackdown, has seized illegally acquired assets worth ₹7.5 crore from three drug peddlers and their associates. The seizures are part of a larger ongoing operation; in 2024 alone, the bureau has frozen assets worth ₹55 crore across nine cases, with 106 more cases pending.

The three prominent cases involved:

* **Gosukonda Anji Reddy:** Arrested twice for possessing and selling Alprazolam and amphetamine, Reddy, despite securing bail both times, had assets worth ₹1 crore seized, including a partially built villa.

* **Maduri Rama Krishna Goud:** A dismissed AR constable, Goud, despite previous arrests for alprazolam trafficking, continued his illegal activities after reinstatement. ₹4.5 crore in assets were seized, including a house and land parcels.

* **Ahsan Mustafa Khan:** An anesthesiologist, Khan was arrested for selling Fentanyl injections. Over 120 Fentanyl injections were recovered from his residence, leading to the seizure of ₹2 crore in assets.

The TGANB collaborated with local police stations to conduct financial investigations and utilize Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act to seize the properties. Authorities are working to expedite the seizure process for the remaining 106 cases. This significant action demonstrates the bureau’s commitment to combating drug trafficking in Telangana.
