**Chennai, November 30, 2024** – Over 3,600 candidates will sit for the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) term-end examinations beginning December 2nd and concluding January 9th, 2025. The Chennai Regional Centre has established 13 examination centers across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, including three dedicated to incarcerated students.

These centers are located in Chennai, Tiruvallur, Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Tirupattur, Krishnagiri, Namakkal districts, and Puducherry. Candidates can download their hall tickets from the IGNOU website (www.ignou.ac.in) or a dedicated link: https://hall_ticket.ignou.ac.in/hall1224/ignouhallticketDEC2024.aspx.

A valid photo ID issued by the University or Government is mandatory. Electronic devices, including mobile phones, are strictly prohibited in examination halls.
