Sat Nov 30 09:46:27 UTC 2024: ## Hyderabad to Get Six New Flyovers, Major Infrastructure Upgrades

**Hyderabad, November 30, 2024** – Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will lay the foundation stones for six new flyovers around KBR Park in Hyderabad on December 3rd, as part of the ‘Praja Palana – Praja Vijayotsavalu’ celebrations marking one year of the Congress government’s rule. The event is part of a larger infrastructure push, with the Chief Minister also scheduled to lay the foundation stone for the ₹5492 crore Hyderabad City Innovation and Transformative Infrastructure (HCITI) project and the ₹586 crore Strategic Nala Development Project (SNDP).

In addition to the new flyovers, Reddy will inaugurate a six-lane flyover connecting Aaramghar to Nehru Zoological Park, and six new Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) across the city. Rainwater holding structures, designed to mitigate flooding, will also be inaugurated. These projects represent a significant investment in Hyderabad’s infrastructure and aim to improve the city’s transportation and sanitation systems. The celebrations will run from December 1st to 9th.
