**Madurai, Tamil Nadu –** The Department of Posts will hold a regional-level Dak Adalat on December 19th at the Postmaster General’s office in Madurai, at 11:30 AM. Postal customers with unresolved complaints can submit their grievances by December 10th. Complaints must include complete details such as posting dates, addresses, registration numbers, and account information (for savings schemes or insurance). Submissions can be made via mail or email (pg.madurai@indiapost.gov.in, subject line: ‘Dak Adalat’). Only complaints previously addressed unsuccessfully at the divisional level will be considered; no new cases will be accepted. Complaints sent via private courier will not be accepted.
