**Bengaluru, November 28, 2024** – The Kalasipalya police have arrested five individuals in connection with a robbery that occurred on Siddaiah Road. Police recovered ₹11.3 lakh in cash, seven mobile phones valued at ₹6 lakh, a car, and a two-wheeler allegedly used in the crime.
The robbery was reported on November 20th by 38-year-old Ram Prasad Pandit, who stated that unidentified individuals broke into his fourth-floor office and stole ₹15 lakh in cash and two mobile phones. The suspects, identified as Umar Ahmed, Shajad Pasha, M. Mohammed Ikal, Yaseen Ahmed Sharif, and Shoaib Pasha, were apprehended following a police investigation. While the police recovered a significant portion of the stolen cash and electronics, a portion of the stolen money remains unrecovered.
