**NEW DELHI:** A loud explosion rocked the Prashant Vihar area on Thursday morning, injuring a tempo driver near a sweet shop adjacent to a park. This is the second such incident in the area within a month; a similar explosion occurred near the CRPF school wall a month ago. Police are yet to identify any suspects in either case and the investigation is ongoing.
