**Hyderabad, India –** The mystery thriller film “K,” starring Kiran Abbavaram, is set to release on OTT this Thursday, November 28th. The film, directed by Sujeeth and Sandeep, exceeded expectations at the box office, raking in ₹40 crore against a budget of ₹22 crore despite releasing alongside other successful Diwali films.
“K” follows Abhinaya Vasudeva (Kiran Abbavaram), an orphan who develops a habit of reading others’ letters. This leads him to a job as a contract postman in Krishnagiri, where he becomes entangled in a mystery surrounding the disappearance of several young women. A clue in a letter he reads connects him to the case, forcing him to unravel the mystery while navigating his relationship with Satyabhama (Nayan Sarica), the daughter of the postmaster (Achyuth Kumar). The film also features Tanvi Ram and Redin Kingsley in key roles.
Despite facing stiff competition, “K” received positive reviews and held its own in theaters, becoming one of Kiran Abbavaram’s most successful films to date. The film boasts a 7.4 IMDb rating.
“K” will be streaming on ETV Win starting November 28th. The film is being marketed as suitable for family audiences despite its mystery thriller genre.
