**Kumram Bheem Asifabad/Adilabad, Telangana:** A bone-chilling cold wave gripped Kumram Bheem Asifabad and Adilabad districts on Monday, with temperatures dropping to record lows. Sirpur (U) mandal in Kumram Bheem Asifabad district recorded the lowest temperature at a frigid 8.3 degrees Celsius, down from 9.4 degrees Celsius the previous day. Lingapur mandal followed closely behind with a minimum temperature of 10.1 degrees Celsius.
Other mandals in Kumram Bheem Asifabad, including Kerameri, Wankidi, Asifabad, Tiryani, Rebbena, Jainoor, Kagaznagar, and Bejjur, experienced minimum temperatures ranging from 10.2 to 13 degrees Celsius.
In Adilabad district, Bela mandal recorded a minimum temperature of 9.9 degrees Celsius, while Bazarhathnoor and Boath mandals both registered 10 degrees Celsius. Temperatures in other mandals across the district fluctuated between 10.1 and 13 degrees Celsius. The cold snap has prompted residents to take precautions against the plummeting temperatures.
