HYDERABAD, INDIA – Tollywood actor Shritej, known for his roles in films like *Pushpa: The Rise* and *Lakshmi’s NTR*, has been booked by Kukatpally police on charges of cheating. A young woman filed a complaint at the Gachibowli police station alleging that Shritej deceived her with promises of marriage. The case, filed under sections 69, 115(2), and 318(2) of the Indian Penal Code, was registered in Kukatpally as a Zero FIR after the initial complaint. This is not the first complaint filed against the actor at the Kukatpally station, according to police reports. Shritej is currently working on *Pushpa 2: The Rule*, slated for release on December 5th, and has also gained popularity through web series like *Parampra* and *9 Hours*.
