The 31-year-old Karnataka player, who previously played for Mumbai Indians, Rajasthan Royals, and Sunrisers Hyderabad, registered for the auction earlier this evening.
Gopal’s IPL career, beginning in 2014 with Mumbai Indians, saw limited opportunities in his initial years.
