The CBR’s official exchange rates for November 26th are: 103 rubles per US dollar, 107.43 rubles per euro, and 13.94 rubles per Chinese yuan. This compares to Friday’s (November 25th) rates of 102.58 rubles per dollar, 107.43 rubles per euro, and 13.94 rubles per yuan. Unofficial trading on Friday already saw the dollar exceed the 103 ruble mark.
