**New Delhi:** Delhi Police have issued a traffic advisory ahead of the Samvidhan Divas Padyatra on November 25th. The nationwide march, organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Indian Constitution. Approximately 10,000 participants are expected to join the padyatra, which will begin at 8:00 AM from the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium near India Gate and conclude at the same location by 9:30 AM. The event will be led by the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports and Labour & Employment, along with other dignitaries.
To manage traffic flow, Delhi Police are implementing parking restrictions and advising commuters to avoid several key areas including Tilak Marg, Ashoka Road, Shahjahan Road, C-Hexagon, India Gate, Zakir Hussain Marg, Akbar Road (up to R/A Gol Methi), Janpath, and the surrounding areas including MLNP. Vehicles found parked illegally in the designated no-parking zones will be towed to a traffic pit near Bhairo Mandir. The police also urge the public to avoid the Pragati Maidan tunnels approaching India Gate. Drivers are asked to plan their routes accordingly to avoid delays.
